At the EMO trade fair in Hannover (September 22-26, 2025), Mitsubishi Electric will showcase its advanced, customized automation solutions, designed to deliver machine concepts that combine excellent technical performance with cost-effectiveness.
At EMO 2025, the world's leading trade fair for manufacturing technologies, taking place in Hannover from 22 to 26 September, Mitsubishi Electric will be a key player with its advanced, tailor-made automation solutions, designed to perfectly meet the specific needs of each customer. The focus will be on machine concepts that combine excellent technical performance with cost-effectiveness.
By seamlessly integrating CNC systems with optional robotic solutions, Mitsubishi Electric enables machine tool manufacturers to implement production strategies that are not only highly productive but also exceptionally cost-effective.
ProSys ADV+ with Anderson Europe
One of the highlights of our participation at the show is our partnership with Anderson Europe, which will present the ProSys ADV+, a high-precision multi-axis milling machine built on a natural granite base.
Designed for a wide range of micromachining applications, the ProSys ADV+ offers exceptional flexibility thanks to the rapid conversion from three to five axes. Direct drives on all axes ensure superior contour accuracy and consistent machining precision.
To maximize its automation potential, the ProSys ADV+ integrates a Mitsubishi Electric RV-7FRM vertical MELFA robot. The robot operates asynchronously with the machining process, flexibly handling tools and workpieces via pallets and seamlessly transporting them between the integrated ProTool magazine and the work area. Direct control from the CNC system via the DRC (Direct Robot Control) function ensures intuitive operation and seamless system integration.
Future-Proof HMIs: Intuitive, Scalable, and User-Friendly
Mitsubishi Electric stands out for its wide range of human-machine interface (HMI) systems, all designed to significantly improve the usability of CNC systems. This design philosophy focuses on reducing complexity, increasing flexibility, and improving process stability. This user-centric approach ensures efficient operation, even in production environments with limited staffing.
Mitsubishi Electric continues to drive innovation in automation, placing particular emphasis on ease of use and scalable interfaces tailored to specific applications. Through flexible technologies and future-oriented concepts, it supports its customers in creating efficient and intelligent automation systems, ready to meet tomorrow's challenges.

New in the norelem range: machine feet with hollow screw
With its new machine feet with hollow screw, Norelem expands its range with a high-performance solution for large machines and systems, robotics, and automation. Whether as a complete system or individual components, these customizable elements offer high load capacity and great flexibility.Machine feet are primarily used to stabilize machines and optimize their positioning. They compensate for unevenness in the floor, dampen vibrations, and evenly distribute the load, ensuring perfect machine stability and reducing noise and vibration. All of this improves working conditions and, in the long run, helps protect the floor and machine, extending their service life.Safe, stable, preciseNorelem completes its range with a new series of robust machine feet with hollow screw, developed for large machines and systems, particularly in the robotics and automation sectors. The new series includes a total of four product families:Adjustable Feet with Hollow BoltHollow bolts for steel adjustable feet in lengths of 85, 95, and 170 mm (galvanized or black phosphated)Flat supports for steel adjustable feet in diameters of 100, 120, and 150 mm (painted yellow or black phosphated)Hexagonal nuts similar to DIN 934The hollow bolt provides stable anchoring to the ground, ideal for dynamic loads. The fine thread allows for extremely precise leveling, even on uneven surfaces or slopes of up to 3°. Load capacities of up to 60kN (M24x2) and 90kN (M36x2) make these feet particularly suitable for heavy-duty installations.Flexible and customized for the customerCustomers can purchase the foot as a complete unit or in individual elements: flat support, hollow bolt with external hexagon, and matching nut. The flat support and screw are not fixed to each other, allowing for additional flexibility during assembly.Brief profile of Norelem Normelemente GmbH & Co. KGEvery success begins with an idea.
