- All the guideways of the bed were new grinded;
- All the friction surfaces were plated with Turcite;
- The oiling installation was repaired and old parts were replaced;
- The gear box, carriage, slides and tail stock were dismantled, checked and replaced the worn out one;
- New electrical cabinet with Schrack components and new cables and cables support were mounted;
- 55 KW DC motor with new Parker driver;
- Feed DC motor with new Parker driver;
- New control panel;
- The precision of the lathe like a new machine as per ISO norms;
- The machine new painted
