- New casted bedway;
- All the guideways of the bed will be new grinded;
- All the friction surfaces will be plated with Turcite;
- The oiling installation will be repaired and some old parts will be replaced;
- The gear box, carriage, slides and tail stock will be dismantled, checked all the parts and will be replaced the worn out one;
- New electrical cabinet with Schrack components and new cables and cables support will be mounted;
- 55 KW old DC motor with new Parker driver;
- Old feed DC motor with new Parker driver;
- New control panel;
- The precision of the lathe like a new machine as per ISO norms;
- The machine new painted
