Monza 1500 Centerless Grinder with 12-month warranty, overhauled as new, with a certificate of conformity and instruction manual. Work carriages are equipped with guides coated with anti-friction material and are self-cleaning by means of an air nebulized with injected oil. This system ensures continuous lubrication of the guides, facilitates the movement of the carriages, and expels any water and emery infiltrations. The grinder is available in a conventional configuration or can be equipped with a Fanuc digital CNC package consisting of: motor, drive, transducer, handheld unit with on-board handwheel, and a color touchscreen monitor with easy-to-interpret customized graphics for managing both plunge and throughfeed cycles. The machine can be interfaced for the connection of workpiece loading and unloading systems and with post-process measurement, if required.
