Code 24014 - NEW TURNING CENTER READY FOR DELIVERY
The MYLAS DT52 dual-spindle, dual-turret CNC multitasking turning center is equipped with an 8-station VDI25 rear turret and a corresponding counterspindle, with a total capacity of up to 32 tools.
Designed with a structure that allows for complex machining operations in a single setup (tooling and part preparation), it is the perfect combination of power, precision, and versatility.
MAIN FEATURES
- The flat guides on all axes are oversized to achieve high rigidity even during the most demanding turning operations, maintaining maximum precision and reliability in the production of parts with high repeatability down to micrometer tolerances.
- The rear turret significantly reduces cycle times by allowing simultaneous machining of parts. Driven tools can be installed on all 8 stations.
- Powerful and precise spindle for improved thermal stability and performance.
- The 12-station main turret can accommodate up to 24 tools, with dual tool holders. Live tools can be installed at all 12 stations.
- The base is constructed of Meehanite cast iron to provide rigidity and vibration resistance during machining.
- The Y1-axis travel of +/- 50 mm is supported by two linear guides, evenly distributing the load during machining, ensuring maximum precision and rigidity.
- Designed with a 45° inclined wedge structure to clear chips from the machining area faster and maintain thermal stability.
- The Z-axis is equipped with 32 mm precision ball screws, while all other axes are equipped with 28 mm ball screws, ensuring high feed rates and long-term durability.
