TIGER 372 CNC LR 4.0 RC TIGER 372 CNC LR 4.0 RC, HSS circular saw for cutting steel, with automatic rotation controlled by the MEP 40 CNC. – Automatic, electromechanical vertical-feed machine that allows for automatic angled cuts between -45° and +45° (see configurations in Fig. A) and semi-automatic cuts up to +60°. In addition to cutting manually placed bars, the saw can be fed by the CB6001 chute bar loader (OPTIONAL), which must be ordered with the machine, and can handle round, square, and rectangular bars up to the dimensions indicated in the brochure. SOME FEATURES: – Easy, intuitive, and fast programming, with graphical suggestions displayed on the 8" touchscreen display. – High-precision rotation with encoder reader (1' resolution). – Positioning and stopping with brushless motor with pneumatic locking. – Real-time control of all cutting parameters. – Programming of the head travel limits based on the size of the bars to be cut from the control panel. – 3-stage transmission system to ensure high rigidity, precision, and high stock removal rates. – Fully enclosed model to achieve three fundamental objectives: – Operator safety (access during machining cycles is impeded by a timed opening device). – Acoustic insulation. – The ability to operate with large quantities of cutting fluid (120 liters/min) to cool, continuously wash the work surface, and convey chips to the exhaust, thus ensuring longer tool life. Discs. – Cutting head movement on double linear guides with preloaded recirculating ball bearings. – Head advancement with electromechanical cylinder for maximum cutting rigidity and to allow automatic comparison of set/detected data and real-time correction of cutting parameters. – Blade rotation with a single-speed motor with electronic variator that allows cutting from 15 to 150 rpm for optimal cutting performance. – Blade cleaning device with brush. – Rotation pin with preloaded thrust bearing to ensure rotational precision and stability. – Feed system with 1000 mm stroke (repeatable for cutting any length), with stepper motor, screw mounted on preloaded opposing tapered bearings, and recirculating ball bearing nut. – Tilting feeder vice for feeding even deformed bars. – Pneumatic vertical vice. – Pedestal with drawer for Chip collection system that can be replaced with a motorized chip evacuator (optional). – Circular blade supplied, diameter 350 mm. – Wrenches, instruction manual, and spare parts information.
