SHARK 332 SXI EVO
New to the catalog
SHARK 332-1 SXI evo, semi-automatic electro-hydraulic sawing machine, also capable of manual and dynamic semi-automatic operation, for cuts from 45° right to 60° left.
– Single-axis microprocessor-controlled machine, managed by a latest-generation MEP controller designed exclusively for its semi-automatic sawing machines.
– Semi-automatic cycle: when the cycle starts, the following occurs: – vice closes and motor starts – head lowers for cutting – motor stops – head returns – vice opens.
– Dynamic semi-automatic cycle: manually lowering the head to the desired position and pressing the button on the handle starts a semi-automatic cycle.
– DOWN-UP CYCLE: When operating in the SEMI-AUTOMATIC cycle, the DOWN button stops the head and blade rotation at the end of the cut, keeping the clamp closed. The UP button completes the head's return to the top and opens the clamp.
SOME FEATURES:
– Console with all centralized controls, mounted on an articulated arm.
– Low-voltage polyester membrane keypad with thermoformed buttons, tactile feedback, and an audible signal when pressed.
– Display for: + diagnostics + alarms (description of causes) + input and output status + cut count + time taken for the cut + blade motor consumption + blade tension + blade speed + numerical display of the head position.
– 24 V manual cycle control handle, IP55.
– Complete program of various special cutting cycles.
– Latest-generation hydraulic power unit, highly efficient and energy-efficient.
– Rotating table (mounted on a 420 mm diameter roller bearing, preloaded with a thrust bearing) complete with replaceable steel plates on the work surface.
– Dual belt rotation speed (40/80 m/min) with a card designed to accommodate an electronic inverter for continuous belt speed adjustment (from 15 to 100 m/min).
– Head travel limits can be programmed from the console, based on the size of the bars being cut.
– Clamping unit slides longitudinally left and right, with a quick-approach vice and automatic operation even in manual mode.
– Manually operated blade tensioning via an electronic transducer, with display.
– Pedestal that allows for full coolant recovery even when cutting at maximum angles.
– Coolant tank built into the pedestal, with an electric pump for belt lubrication and cooling, and a chip drawer that can be replaced with a motorized chip evacuator (OPTIONAL).
– Ready to install the blade minimal lubrication kit (OPTIONAL) in addition to the standard traditional lubrication with emulsified oils.
– Blade cleaning device with brush.
– Machine designed for transport with a pallet truck.
– Chrome-plated steel cutting rod with engraved millimeter scale and fold-down stop.
– Bar support arm complete with roller, designed for the attachment of loading platforms.
– Bimetallic belt for solids and profiles.
– Wrenches, instruction manual, and spare parts order form.
