LC400 ROTARY TABLE GRINDING MACHINE New to the catalog Sturdy, top-quality cast iron frame with a sturdy column support arm for maximum rigidity; the spindle motor power is 3kW (4HP). The rotary table is driven by bipolar three-phase asynchronous motors with 6/12 poles in the LC400 model and 8/16 poles in the LC500, capable of providing the table with dual rotation speeds of 20 and 40 rpm for the LC400. For special machining operations requiring non-standard rotary table rotation speeds, the grinder can be equipped with an electronic variable speed drive (L13) that allows for seamless adjustments from 3 to 30 rpm; a dedicated digital display provides an immediate readout of the set speed. The toothed belt and reduction gear transmission ensures smooth rotary motion, free of slippage and vibration, ensuring extremely precise machining and excellent surface finishes, even with high removal rates. Special adjustable tapered roller bearings allow for even considerable table loads and easy machine geometry adjustment. All rotary table models come standard with a permanent-electro magnetic chuck complete with a control unit for adjusting the magnetic flux intensity; the available diameters are 300 and 400 mm for the LC400.
