Color Profiler 5 Software Features
Thanks to the Color Profiler functions, you can:
Characterize all the parameters of a digital printer;
Name;
Brand and model;
Resolution;
Speed;
Number of inks;
Ink sequence;
Characterize all production process parameters:
Glaze type and coding;
Additional applications (finishing; protection; lapping, etc.);
Firing cycle;
Combine all printing conditions to generate a
ceramic colorimetric profile that describes the work cycle in terms of
reproducible color gamut;
Load and process spectral files (.sif) generated by the spectral scanner;
Load and process graphic files (.tif, whether RGB, CMYK, or LAB), acquired
graphically from import devices other than the spectral scanner;
Load and process print-ready or already produced graphics files (production files
such as CMYK.tiff or Multichannel.psd) to adapt them to different
Color Profiler 5 printing conditions or move them to a new working condition while maintaining the same final result.
Process spectral/graphic files so you can immediately:
Preview the best result in the selected printing cycle
(the combination of printer, glaze, and firing cycle);
Display colors within or outside the gamut (the color space of the digital
printer under the defined printing and firing conditions);
Detect and automatically correct out-of-gamut colorimetric values
(the software uses different rendering intents to make the processed image
as similar as possible to the original file);
Generate an ICC profile that can be loaded and assigned in Adobe Photoshop;
Verify color quality and ink reproducibility on a selected
glaze;
Compare the final results achievable on different types of glazes, with different
ink sets and different printers, thus making it easier to
preemptively select the best compromise in terms of
color reproducibility;
Obtain and preview possible color variations
using the target printer's gamut.
Modify and correct a previously processed
file for different working conditions (printer, glaze, line,
oven, etc.) using the "device link" features.
Correct a production variation;
Manage the individual and total ink limits to be used (SIL and TIL,
respectively).
Machine supplied with manuals and CE declaration of conformity.
