The machine features rear bundle loading (tube lifting with automatic belts and winder) and front loading for single bars. The loader has a separator with dual motors and automatic tube diameter adjustment.
The machine is equipped with three independent manipulators that allow the mandrels to be loaded with both bundled tubes and front-loading tubes and profiles.
During processing, the tube is supported by saddles equipped with shaping rollers in both the loading and unloading areas.
The machine features a cutting head with focal lengths of 7.5", 5", and 3.75".
The machine comes with a series of spare parts that we have acquired over time to ensure rapid troubleshooting.
The moving spindle advances via a precision rack with hardened and ground helical teeth, driven by a brushless motor and a zero-backlash precision gearbox. The spindle houses an extraction duct, connected to a system that extracts cutting fumes and debris, ensuring they are completely eliminated from the work environment.
