Structure and Mechanical Characteristics
• Vertical Movement: Sensitive operation via a manual lever located on the right side, equipped with a black plastic grip.
• Column and Adjustment: Steel column with integrated rear rack for precise height adjustment of the headstock and workpiece table.
• Work Table: Ground cast iron table with two parallel T-slots for securely holding vises, jigs, or workpieces. The table features a central drain hole and a perimeter channel for collecting coolant/lubricant.
• Spindle/Attachment: Specific tapping spindle with rotation reversal system (for removing the tap at the end of the thread). Currently equipped with a small-diameter drill/tap.
Control Panel and Electronics
The machine is equipped with an integrated electrical panel on the left side with a vertical button panel for managing work cycles and settings:
• Emergency Button: Red mushroom-shaped button with mechanical detent and a yellow base, positioned at the bottom for immediate shutdown.
• Power Indicator Light: Power indicator light (indicated by a lightning bolt).
• Selectors and Start Buttons:
o 3 green buttons for starting or selecting modes/speeds.
o 1 red stop button (O).
o 1 auxiliary selector/indicator light for cycle settings.
Notes on the Condition of the Machine
• Structural Condition: The machine is intact with all its essential components (upper finned electric motor, side transmission protection cover, cast iron head).
• Condition: Shows normal signs of industrial use, with metal shavings and lubricant residue on the head and work surface. Ideal for resale or replacement in "as is" condition.
