ADVANTAGES OF THE TMC2 SYSTEM
- Up to four cutting discs can be mounted on the motor spindle shaft, separated by spacers and disc clamping flanges, to obtain different sizes and multiple cuts simultaneously.
- The motorized conveyor belt improves processing quality and allows for the continuous production of multiple pieces.
- The reference guide positioned on the motor side and the pressure bars ensure excellent stability and a high-quality piece finish during processing.
- All adjustments are facilitated by the use of handwheels and therefore do not require the use of tools.
- A lateral roller conveyor allows for the positioning of large sizes for processing.
- TMC2 has a higher material feed rate and allows for cutting, pre-cutting and cutting.
