Vintage CAIMI & GRIFFANTI Sander – In working order, needs to be overhauled
Description:
Sander/grinder for marble, terrazzo, and terrazzo floors, manufactured by the historic Caimi & Griffanti Mechanical Workshop (Castano Primo).
The machine has been stored in a garage in perfect working order and has been unused for some time.
Extremely solid construction and complete with all its parts:
* Heavy cast iron/metal body in excellent structural condition
* Upper flywheel for sanding pressure adjustment
* Vintage electrical panel with original porcelain valves
* Complete with drive plate for grinding wheels/segments and original electrical cable
Condition:
Given its long period of inactivity, the electrical system requires a general check/overhaul before being put back into service. Excellent for artisans, restoration enthusiasts, or collectors of vintage equipment. Sold as is. Pickup in Turin at buyer's expense (heavy machinery, suitable loading vehicle recommended).
